The Florida Sheep, Wool & Herding Dog Festival will present a lamb cooking class.
Cooking with Adrian Avila on Friday, April 28, from 12 to 1:30. He will prepare lunch for 20 people, showing what spices to use and how to cook. Good food and good company will make for a lovely luncheon.
Lamb is locally grown and donated by Calovine Farm, Williston FL
Limited to 20 people, cost is $25.
